Brodie Cobb laid the educational foundation for his profession at the University of Texas in Austin before launching his career. Working for companies in multiple states, Brodie Cobb ultimately decided to establish his business in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Brodie Cobb studied History at Tulane University, earning a Bachelor of Arts. Following the completion of his undergraduate education, Brodie Cobb expanded his academic horizons at the University of Texas at Austin, where he conducted his graduate coursework in financial subjects, acquiring a Master’s in Business Administration. Upon receipt of his MBA, Brodie Cobb joined the workforce.
In his first job with Security Pacific Bank, Brodie Cobb worked for the company’s Leveraged Funding Group and gained invaluable familiarity with all aspects of leveraged investing. Brodie Cobb brought the skills he’d developed at Security Pacific to his subsequent appointment with Credit Suisse First Boston. After three years with First Boston, Brodie Cobb moved to the West Coast, accepting a job at Montgomery Securities in San Francisco. Two and a half years later, Brodie Cobb founded Presidio Financial Partners.
Acting as CEO of Presidio Financial Partners, Brodie Cobb oversees a staff of 60 investment experts dispersed across offices in Northern and Southern California, as well as Texas. Brodie Cobb’s investment firm strives to provide entrepreneurs with the capital they need to build and grow their businesses without using hidden costs and complex fee structures. Employing a well-trained staff with extensive experience in their particular fields, Brodie Cobb offers his clients top-notch industry proficiency in developing and executing financial plans.
In his spare time, Brodie Cobb enjoys coaching his daughters’ soccer teams, fly fishing, sailing, and cycling. Brodie Cobb is also a wine aficionado with a penchant for live music. A resident of San Francisco, Brodie Cobb lives in the city with his wife and three children.
